This business aspires to be traditional retail’s answer to online retail. It required a brand identity – name, colours, logo- reflecting its intended image and positioning.

Creative Process

A comprehensive outside in approach helped!
In this case, the colours and logo were to be used on digital as well as physical media.  It had to appeal to the trade as well as shoppers and stand for trust between them.

Persona Development

Using reference discussions, we arrived at target buyer personas on trade as well as customer side.

Name Development

An SEO and app friendly, trademark free,  unique sounding, fairly short name was developed. Well, there were a million other criteria as well.

Market Research

We researched and reviewed offerings in the market and identfied the positoning gap.

Colours

The colours had to be distinct, but not dominating. They had to ensure the brand’s visibility from a distance, and at the same time, allow for text to be easily read.

This business is gearing for launch in South India. And we are confident of its potential. Fingers crossed!
